11:00 - Statue of Daibutsu - Great Buddha. Kamakura is also known for the bronze statue of Daibutsu, the Great Buddha, the second largest in Japan. Its height is 11.4 m, weight - 93 tons. Buddha sits in the open, green hills create a wonderful backdrop. The statue was cast in 1252.

Hasedera Temple.

12:00 - Hasedera Temple. The temple was built in 736. You will marvel at the 13.5 meter high Buddha statue, the statue of the 11-head goddess Kannon 9.5 meters high.
